Every order ships within 1 to 2 business days, packed in a Beausancy gift box.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €4.99, free from €56
- Austria: €8.99, free from €100
- EU, Switzerland and Norway: €11.99, free from €100
- United Kingdom: €10.99 (untracked), free from €100
- USA: €15.99 untracked or €26.99 tracked, free from €100
- Australia and other countries: €26.99 tracked, free from €100
Delivery times
Germany: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Other countries: usually 5 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur in exceptional cases, e.g. during peak periods.
Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number for tracked shipments.
Delivery address
Please enter a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info@beausancy.com and keep the item and packaging. We will take care of everything else.
