Returns and withdrawal

You can return any order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

How to return

• Register your return here with your order number and email address, or write to us at info@beausancy.com.
• We will email you the return address and all details.
• Please send the jewelry back unworn, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away at info@beausancy.com with a photo. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Beausancy, Aliya Woitinek, email: info@beausancy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
